To achieve this, they partnered with vendor SiB Solutions to implement an intelligent video analysis system for investigating claims and process deviations.

The solution from SiB Solutions involved filming critical steps in the logistics process and using AI to convert video into searchable metadata. This allowed Scania to quickly investigate errors by searching with references like order ID, providing visual evidence to pinpoint where an error occurred. The results included identifying and rectifying gaps in their operational standards and providing clear evidence to exonerate their own warehouse when errors happened elsewhere, leading to improved customer care and process quality.
