Shift is a workflow management software that consolidates email accounts, social networks and web apps into a single workstation. After Facebook’s Automatic Placement showed most impressions were on mobile, Shift engaged Shuttlerock to quickly turn existing longform video assets into mobile-optimized creative so they could reach new users more efficiently.

Shuttlerock recut a one-minute TVC into 15-second mobile-first videos, emphasized the Shift brand in the opening seconds, and produced multiple aspect ratios for Feed, Stories and In-Stream placements, transforming one TVC and static assets into three mobile-optimized videos. The work delivered strong performance: a 61% increase in ROAS, a 48% decrease in cost per in-app conversion and a 29% decrease in cost per download.
