Perwoll, a Henkel laundry care brand, wanted to test TikTok as a new channel to drive brand awareness in the CEE market but needed to adapt an existing TV commercial for the platform’s vertical, fast-paced format. They engaged Shuttlerock to provide TikTok-optimized creative and transform the horizontal TVC into an ad suitable for the TopView placement.

Shuttlerock deconstructed and re-edited the TVC with vertical framing, dynamic transitions, constant product presence and UI-safe design, then deployed it in TikTok’s TopView placement. The campaign delivered a 17% lift in impressions versus the TopView benchmark, a 192% higher click-through rate and a 60% lower cost-per-completed-view compared with performance on another platform, convincing Henkel to include TikTok in future collaborations with Shuttlerock.
