A Shuttlerock Case Study
Capcom, the developer behind franchises like Resident Evil, needed a large set of social video assets to support a staged digital launch for the reimagined Resident Evil 3. With limited new footage and a campaign focused on Facebook and Instagram, Capcom engaged Shuttlerock to provide in-house creative video production services to reconcept and recraft existing trailers, gameplay and key art into mobile-optimized ads.
Shuttlerock converted the input assets into multiple formats and durations—15-second story-driven spots and 6-second animated key-art units with variant messaging and CTAs (Download Demo Now, Buy Now)—to suit different campaign phases and placements. Shuttlerock’s work drove measurable improvements: a 47% decrease in CPM on the demo campaign, a 26% decrease in CPM on the launch campaign, and a 1.8X more efficient overall campaign CPM versus the Resident Evil 2 campaign.
