Gaggenau, the luxury appliance brand, needed a better way to stay top of mind with dealers’ salespeople who also sell competing brands. With Showell, Gaggenau gave dealers one place to access up-to-date sales content offline or online, including presentations, images, videos, and 3D models. The solution improved product knowledge, made sales conversations more confident and professional, and added analytics to show which materials were opened and used most. Gaggenau said the statistics helped them see “what’s hot and what’s not hot,” enabling better content decisions over time.
