Winter Party Festival, produced by the National LGBTQ Task Force, is a week‑long series of dance and social events in Miami that draws thousands of attendees to 10+ parties. To keep lines moving and preserve the guest experience, the festival needed a partner to design an admissions plan, train volunteers, and manage large crowds across multiple events.
