Pumpkin Nights, produced by Bigsley Event House, is a family-friendly outdoor Halloween festival that attracts tens of thousands across multiple U.S. locations. With large numbers of attendees arriving at similar times, the team needed an easy way to limit ticket sales per time slot and eliminate event-day wait times to improve the overall guest experience.
They implemented ShowClix’s timed entry, enabling online purchases for individual time slots, streamlined checkout, and easy replication/customization across slots. The change cut wait times by 81%, drove a 419% year-over-year increase in tickets sold at the St. Paul location, and supported opening two new locations for the 2017 season.
