Brooklyn Museum, one of New York’s largest art museums with a wide range of permanent collections and touring exhibits, needed a better way to encourage repeat attendance, offer members exclusive pricing, and streamline the ticket purchase process while improving member data tracking and personalization.
Working with ShowClix, the museum implemented a membership ticketing system that lets members log in with name and ID to access member-only pages, discounts, and specials; the team uploaded existing member records to capture valuable ticketing data. The program now supports five membership levels, members account for 10% of exhibit sales, and the museum has full visibility into member purchasing behavior.
