The challenge was to make operational guidance, training, and resources easy to access for franchise owners who rely on a clear, repeatable system to support their livelihood.

Showcase Workshop created a digital operations showcase for Pride & Joy that brought together the full suite of operations materials, new training as released, accreditation options, social media links, and daily checklists in one place. The result was a one-stop orientation and reference manual that made the brand’s fun identity come through while helping Podsters manage setup, cleaning, maintenance, opening and closing, and other daily tasks more easily.
