Showcase Workshop provided IXOM with Showcase, a digital content library and presentation solution, helping the team access and email materials instantly from the field. IXOM’s Food and Beverage, FarmGuard, and Transport teams adopted the platform, and the Transport group now uses iPads with Showcase to manage delivery procedure documents across 100+ sites. The result was faster customer follow-up, reduced printing waste, and easier access to 438 files in the field.
