Kepa, New Zealand’s largest independent financial services advisory group, needed a better way to keep its sales collateral current while meeting strict industry regulations. The company was spending time and money on frequent print updates and had no reliable way to track whether prospects were engaging with the materials. With Showcase Workshop, Kepa replaced printed leave-behinds with up-to-date digital presentations sent directly to prospects’ inboxes after meetings, and organized all materials on tablets for its BDMs. The result was a faster update process, smoother sales conversations, and improved prospect response rates, with Frecklington noting that they needed to follow up with fewer prospects because “they’re coming to us.” Kepa also repurposed its first Showcase presentation for strategic partners to help cross-sell more effectively.
