AMPM, the convenience store chain with nearly 1,000 franchised locations across the US West Coast, needed a better way to share content with franchisees and field teams. Its legacy iGate intranet was slow, difficult to manage, not mobile-friendly, and couldn’t reliably provide access to content offline or across different user groups and markets.

Showcase Workshop implemented Showcase Workshop’s mobile-friendly content platform, enabling AMPM to manage and publish updates in-house in real time, segment content by market, store, and user group, and support access across phones, tablets, and desktop devices. The rollout went live in less than 3 months, eliminated third-party development and publishing delays, and received positive user feedback, with content such as planograms, sitemaps, manuals, pricing, and POP schematics now easier to distribute.
