Great Lakes, a student loan servicer, faced low Facebook engagement and wanted to educate borrowers, raise visibility, and show customers they could get support via their Facebook Page. Using ShortStack, Great Lakes ran a simple, relevant $6,000 student-loan giveaway with an optional quiz and viral referral mechanics; the campaign produced 206,000 entries, 626,000 campaign visits, 2,697 referrals, 40,825 organic new Likes (a 200% fan increase in three weeks), tripled Facebook engagement and directly connected with more than 600 borrowers—results achieved organically with ShortStack’s tools.
