Eureka’s Spin the Reels Instant Win Contest Raked in 200K Entries & Sold Out Their Inventory

Somos Digital, a creative digital agency working on behalf of Eureka’s Black Friday launch for the NEW 200 Wet Dry vacuum, faced the challenge of quickly building a high-quality email list (15,000-lead goal) and driving conversions during the holiday season. To meet this objective, Somos Digital used ShortStack’s Spin the Reels instant-win contest template to power the #SpinItWinItCleanIt giveaway.

Leveraging ShortStack’s Spin the Reels solution, the 25-day campaign (Nov 26–Dec 20) produced 207,758 entries, more than 50,000 raw leads and roughly 8,000 confirmed double-opt-in emails that achieved 20%+ open rates and 3–5% click-through rates. The contest drove 507,014 landing-page views, 1,218 coupon clicks, a cost per lead of about $0.44 (≈$0.34 after shares), and helped Eureka sell out ~1,000 units—showing ShortStack’s platform delivered strong lead generation and measurable sales impact.
