CXC Global EMEA - Customer Case Study

CXC Global, a leading supplier of contingent workforce solutions serving clients like Deloitte and PwC and handling more than 12,000 workers per month, faced a major challenge scaling onboarding and proving compliance for contractors worldwide. Their prior process relied on manual emails, SharePoint and multiple trackers, which made it hard to determine right-to-work and tax compliance quickly and exposed them to legal and operational risk. To address this, CXC selected Shortlist’s onboarding and compliance platform.

Shortlist implemented templated, self-service workflows and personalized email/SMS invitations, country- and client-specific templates, automated reminders, dashboards and tagging — plus a supplier-facing VMS for vacancy distribution. As a result, Shortlist automated a formerly manual process, reduced time spent chasing contractors, provided real-time visibility into compliance (helping CXC track hundreds of workers—400–500—for a single client—and tens of thousands across its network), and enabled large-scale onboarding without huge costs, earning positive feedback and demo requests from client organizations.
