OCV, a technology company based in Opelika, Alabama, uses Shortcut to help manage 60 active app development projects at a time for critical government services across the U.S. and Canada. As the company grew and shifted to remote work during COVID-19, its teams needed a clearer, more flexible way to coordinate client projects, internal onboarding, and incoming work from sales and support.

With Shortcut, OCV built customized workflows across teams, integrated Zendesk, Formsite, Slack, and the Shortcut API, and even auto-generated Epics to keep work moving efficiently. Shortcut became the “glue” connecting teams and systems, reducing time spent asking what to do next, enabling a pull-based engineering flow, and giving everyone better visibility into the full launch process across more than 200 apps under management.
