The customer, WeVat, had the challenge of simplifying the complex process of reclaiming foreign Value Added Tax (VAT) for travelers through their mobile app. Their novel app concept aimed to eliminate the chaos of long airport queues, but the task involved designing for multiple languages and simplifying intricate tax forms.
