Riding Simulation Munich, run by Sheron Adam, faced chaotic handwritten appointment books, interruptions during sessions, missed calls that lost potential customers, and no way to collect feedback. To solve these issues Sheron turned to SHORE and its SHORE Customer Management software and Merchant App to manage bookings, maintain a customer database, enable online booking and capture customer feedback.

SHORE implemented an online booking system, a searchable customer database, mobile calendar syncing and personal onboarding/support, which let Sheron avoid interruptions and streamline scheduling. As a result SHORE helped Riding Simulation Munich gain 50% more new customers, 100% of those new customers become regulars, and 60% of appointments are now booked via the online function.
