Fluwel Emptied Its Seasonal Stock

Fluwel, one of Europe's largest exporters of flower bulbs, sought to scale its ecommerce and Google Ads performance for its German online store. Despite previous work with agencies, they struggled with inefficient campaign optimization and budget allocation, leaving significant growth potential untapped. They partnered with the vendor Shopstory to implement a more data-driven and automated approach.

Shopstory implemented automation flows, including its Labelizer Flow for product allocation and stock-level automation from Shopify. The results were a doubling of conversions, a 32% increase in ROAS, and a 75% reduction in excess stock, even with a 20% larger inventory. Shopstory's solution enabled Fluwel to significantly boost sales and profitability.
