The Urban Art Bar, a painting-and-sip studio and full-service bar in Boston, needed a better way to track inventory, sales, and overall operations as it expanded beyond a simple point-of-sale setup. After initially using Square Register, the business switched to ShopKeep to gain better visibility into drink sales, manage inventory more effectively, and support its growing bar and studio model.
