Plum Organics, a provider of organic baby and toddler foods, partnered with their agency Something Massive to launch the "Amazing Moments" campaign. The challenge was to increase brand awareness and affinity by encouraging parents to submit user-generated videos for a sweepstakes, and later to drive views of those videos and coupon claims. They needed a technology partner to help execute this on social and mobile channels, which led them to ShopIgniter.
ShopIgniter implemented a two-phased solution using their platform, combining social rich media units with a targeted Facebook advertising strategy. This approach drove massive engagement, yielding over 5.8 million impressions and 38,000 video views. Most impressively, the campaign achieved a 5x higher conversion rate in its first phase and a 7% conversion rate on coupon claims in the second phase, far exceeding goals.
