YOGO, founded by Ryon Lane in Larkspur, CA, makes a patented folding yoga mat that straps small and keeps the top clean so he could run to yoga. Launched on Kickstarter, the company needed a simple, professional ecommerce presence and an efficient back-end that would let a tiny team scale sales and fulfillment.

From day one YOGO used Shopify’s templates and app ecosystem — Mailchimp, Instagration, Shipwire/ShipStation, Yotpo and more — plus fulfillment partners to build a sharp store quickly and keep operations humming with just 1.5 people. Kickstarter provided first sales; today most traffic and sales come from Google, referrals, occasional press and social, delivering strong revenues and streamlined fulfillment.
