Wraptious is a Manchester-based company that grew from a founder’s doodles into a business that turns emerging artists’ work into UK-made products. The initial challenge was finding an easy, high-quality way to turn designs into wrapping paper and other items while scaling to showcase many artists and keeping production local.

They launched at market stalls to get customer feedback, then used social media and public design competitions to source artists and drive traffic. Operationally they combine in-house fulfillment for some items with dropshipping for others and use discount apps to run promotions—resulting in a thriving website, strong traffic and sales growth, and a scalable platform that puts new artists in front of customers.
