Wild Dill is a San Francisco–based boutique that curates ethically made children’s products—organic, fair trade, made in the USA, or natural-material toys and goods. The challenge was standing out in a crowded kids’ market and generating early visibility and sales while staying true to a clear brand vision.

Wild Dill drove initial sales through mommy-blogger referrals and an affiliate program, then scaled traffic with Google search, Pinterest, and Facebook. On the backend they use Shopify apps (Traffic Control, MailChimp, CouponPop, QuickBooks, Wanelo) and a mix of internal fulfillment and dropshipping; the result is streamlined operations, a profitable new channel via Wanelo, steady traffic and sales growth, and a loyal customer base built on consistent storytelling.
