WAYWARD - Customer Case Study

WAYWARD is a New York–based multidisciplinary design studio that produces limited‑edition home products and small leather accessories with local workshops. After a successful ICFF 2013 launch and press coverage, the team needed a reliable ecommerce presence and the operational flexibility to sell, promote and test new designs from a very small Manhattan studio.

They launched a Shopify store to integrate social media, shipping, newsletters and mobile management, allowing them to sell directly, experiment with new collections and run fulfillment from their shoebox studio. The site has driven traffic and sales from press and social channels, given them agility to introduce products like metallic leather pillows, and become a central tool in WAYWARD’s early growth.
