Water Gallery, a Long Beach, CA maker of reusable glass bottles featuring marine artist Wyland’s work, set out to create a product that didn’t exist: a beautiful, double‑sided, decal‑baked glass vessel that doubles as art. The biggest challenge was finding a manufacturer willing and able to produce the complex, double‑sided decal on a rounded bottle without art bleed and without moving production overseas — after two years and many prototypes they found a local California partner who could deliver to their standards.

They launched direct‑to‑consumer on Shopify and leaned on targeted social media advertising to reach Wyland fans (social media is now their top sales channel), supplemented by Google Ads and occasional spikes from Wyland’s newsletter features. Backend tools like Yotpo, Mailchimp, an email pop‑up app, a near‑daily blog, and SEO support from Constructive Roots helped build traffic and credibility, while in‑house fulfillment (each bottle inspected and shipped with a handwritten note) supported strong reviews and steady growth.
