Venus ET Fleur, a luxury floral brand known for its Eternity® flowers, needed a way to unify ecommerce and retail while managing complex inventory, personalized gifting options, and a consistent customer experience across channels. Shopify helped the company bring ecommerce, social commerce, and physical retail together on a single unified platform.

With Shopify and Shopify POS, Venus ET Fleur rebranded its site, added custom checkout and delivery-date features, and connected systems for real-time inventory and customer data. The results included a 10–15% year-over-year increase in ecommerce AOV over three years, 15% higher AOV from Shop App customers, and a 12% reduction in abandoned checkouts, while also improving loyalty, personalization, and in-store cross-sell and upsell performance.
