Ultra Football, a football-focused retail experience with a flagship store opened in 2018, struggled with a disconnected point-of-sale setup that didn’t give staff clear stock visibility or a seamless link between online and in-store shopping. Already using Shopify for e-commerce, Ultra Football turned to Shopify POS to unify its retail operations and improve customer experience.
Shopify implemented a single omnichannel system that connected inventory, loyalty, click-and-collect, and customer profiles across online and physical channels. As a result, Ultra Football gained real-time in-store inventory management, launched click and collect, and grew its loyalty program to 60,000 members, while also speeding up service on the shop floor and reducing training needs for new staff.
