TULA is a probiotic skincare brand founded by Dr. Roshini Raj that launched its own site in 2015 but struggled with site speed, performance, unreliable infrastructure, and a checkout/navigation experience that hurt conversions and growth. The changes delivered major gains: site sessions +161%, organic traffic +198%, conversions +120%, total transactions +407%, and subscriptions now account for about 20% of ecommerce revenue — along with much greater reliability and operational peace of mind.
