TULA is a probiotic skincare brand founded by Dr. Roshini Raj that launched its own site in 2015 but struggled with site speed, performance, unreliable infrastructure, and a checkout/navigation experience that hurt conversions and growth. Those technical and UX issues kept the company from realizing its ecommerce potential.
In 2017 TULA migrated to Shopify Plus and worked with partner Wolfpoint to redesign navigation and simplify checkout, implement data-driven optimization, introduce a Try‑Before‑You‑Buy flow, and add subscriptions via ReCharge. The changes delivered major gains: site sessions +161%, organic traffic +198%, conversions +120%, total transactions +407%, and subscriptions now account for about 20% of ecommerce revenue — along with much greater reliability and operational peace of mind.
