Trim Apparel is a London-based activewear brand that set out to fill a gap for affordable, premium pieces that work equally well at the gym and on the street. The founders designed a 42-piece range in the UK and manufacture in China, then faced the challenge of launching the brand and building a sustainable online customer base while scaling sales.

They debuted at a UK consumer expo, generating more than 1,000 sales in three days, and have grown via Instagram, influencers, exhibitions and pop-ups. Operationally they outsource fulfillment and use apps like auto currency converters and coupon tools to boost international trust and conversions, and are now focused on expanding organic online sales and marketing to build on their early retail success.
