The Bath Bomb is a Toronto-based bath and body startup founded in 2014 by two avid bathers who spent ten months testing more than 60 recipes to develop ten signature bath bombs. Their challenge was building a loyal customer base and a smooth e-commerce operation while proving that high-quality, skin-nourishing bath bombs could bring relaxation back into people’s routines.

They launched with a pre-release social campaign that earned almost 200 Instagram followers and 400 Facebook likes, then drove traffic and sales through Facebook shares, Google AdWords, and Instagram promotions (including a user-tagging 20% discount).
