Skin First Unleashes the Full Shopify Plus Suite to Support Its Exponential Growth

Skin First Cosmetics, a digitally native beauty startup founded in 2019, needed a more powerful ecommerce setup to manage rapid growth, peak traffic, checkout performance, and tighter integration between its online store, CRM, inventory, and operations. As sales and customer demand accelerated, Skin First turned to Shopify and upgraded to Shopify Plus to support its expanding business.

With Shopify, Skin First implemented Shopify Plus along with tools like Shopify Flow, Shopify POS, Shopify Payments, Shopify Pay, and Shopify Script to automate workflows, unify online and offline sales, and streamline stock, marketing, and testing. The results were strong: revenue rose from 3 million to 5 million euros (+66%) in one year, traffic increased 24%, conversion rate improved 12%, and offline temporary stores quickly contributed 10% of revenue.
