Shop Lovely is an offshoot of New York’s Lovely Bride, launched in 2010 to sell a curated collection of dresses, separates, accessories and gifts for brides and their friends. The challenge was turning initial press and foot-traffic buzz into sustained online sales and traffic while keeping inventory, fulfillment and marketing running smoothly.

Using Shopify and apps like MailChimp, Chimpified, Reportified and Back in Stock, Shop Lovely focused on email blasts, social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest), monthly promotions and fresh product drops to drive repeat and new visits. Combined with responsive Shopify support and strong customer service, those tactics improved inventory/accounting management and generated consistent traffic and sales, allowing the business to grow beyond its brick-and-mortar origins.
