SANJO migrated to Shopify with support from partner Skrey, implementing Shopify Markets, Shopify Flow, Shopify Payments, and ERP integration to centralize operations, automate workflows, and localize the shopping experience by country and language. The results included a 60% increase in retention, a 25% increase in conversion via Google Pay and Apple Pay, a 50% reduction in logistics time, and about 60% annual TCO savings, helping SANJO scale more efficiently with Shopify.
