Resume Launch is an Oklahoma City–based service founded after the owner lost their job in 2012 and needed a resume that would stand out to employers. The immediate challenge was to design distinctive, effective resumes that could win interviews—and to turn that personal solution into a scalable business offering.

The founders partnered with an illustrator to create 25–30 polished templates and launched in August 2013, then refined a workflow where customers upload content or complete a form, receive custom designs or writing consultations, and are delivered final PDFs. Early sales came from personal networks, but Pinterest quickly became the primary channel (about 75% of traffic and sales); to date they’ve served 100+ customers and rely on fast service and referrals for growth.
