Parinita Sarees is an online store selling artisanal handloom sarees woven across villages in West Bengal. Faced with a shrinking traditional craft and limited access for customers outside the region, the founder launched the site to both revive weaving traditions and make these niche, region-specific sarees available nationwide and abroad.

Using Shopify, direct sourcing from multiple weavers and wholesalers, a lean in-house team, and a warehouse with three courier partners, Parinita built a data-driven e‑commerce operation (Google Analytics/AdWords, Shopify analytics and customer apps). Early sales came from friends, and today the store draws ~60% organic search traffic, 32% repeat purchases, ranks among the top 5 Google results for its saree categories, and serves customers across major countries with Indian diasporas.
