OluKai Opens New Sales Channels and Drives 12% Higher AOV with Unified Platform

OluKai, the Hawaiian-inspired footwear brand, needed a better way to support rapid omnichannel growth after leaving Magento. As it expanded into physical retail, disconnected systems, slow website updates, and limited analytics made it hard for the team to manage inventory, understand customers, and maintain the seamless experience expected by shoppers. Shopify’s unified commerce platform and Shopify POS helped solve these challenges.

With Shopify, OluKai unified online and in-store operations, improved site speed and checkout, and gained real-time customer and sales data across channels. The brand opened 11 new retail stores, added Shop app and Meta Shops, reached 70% Shop Pay adoption, and drove 12% higher AOV from Shop Campaigns. During BFCM alone, Shopify helped OluKai acquire 1,400 new customers, while also improving operational efficiency for its lean team.
