NRBY Clothing Delights Shoppers Online and In-Store to Achieve Triple Digit Growth

NRBY Clothing, founded by fashion veterans Jo Hooper and Cornelia Smith, wanted to grow with an omnichannel retail model from day one without getting bogged down by separate systems for online and in-store operations. They launched with Shopify and Shopify POS to keep inventory, customer data, and reporting unified while supporting their pop-up, permanent stores, and online shop.

Using Shopify, NRBY streamlined sales, captured customer emails in-store, and enabled staff to provide more personalized service across channels. The results were strong: NRBY achieved 250% growth from 2021 to 2024, a 70% in-store email capture rate, and multi-channel shoppers—just 2% of customers—driving 8% of net sales, while "Coming Soon" products converted at 30%.
