Ninnho - Customer Case Study

Ninnho is a Melbourne-based designer towel brand started by two artists who saw a gap in the market for luxury, artist-created bathroom towels. After two years of product development and having their first designs woven in Europe, they faced industry skepticism—many said towels couldn’t be sold online—and needed ways for customers to see and feel the product before buying.

They responded with professional imagery, trade-show wholesale outreach, and strong social-media and editorial promotion, while running their store on Shopify integrated with Xero and a 3PL for fulfillment. The approach delivered early wholesale wins and growing ecommerce demand; today sales are close to an even split between wholesale and online, order tracking and customer service have improved, and they’ve launched a second collection.
