Natural Baby Shower, a sustainable nursery brand, outgrew its previous setup as it expanded from two founders to 70+ employees. Its Adobe Commerce platform couldn’t keep up with scaling needs, and manual inventory/pricing updates plus limited payment options on WorldPay made operations and checkout increasingly difficult. Shopify Plus was chosen to help the business grow more efficiently and improve the customer payment experience.

Shopify implemented Shopify Plus and Shopify Payments, along with accelerated checkout via Shop Pay, creating a smoother, faster checkout across online and in-store channels. The results were strong: 1 in 4 customers used Shop Pay, average order value increased by 6%, customer return rate rose by 13%, and Shopify app Signifyd helped recover more than £10,000 in lost revenue each month from chargebacks.
