Mac Duggal, a luxury women’s apparel brand, was facing tougher digital advertising performance as privacy regulations and operating system changes reduced the effectiveness of its retargeting and acquisition efforts. Working with Shopify and its agency partner Prospect Knight, the brand looked for a way to expand its audience and improve ROAS using Shopify Audiences.
Prospect Knight implemented Shopify Audiences, including Retargeting Boost, Prospecting, and Lookalike lists, to reach more likely buyers across platforms like Meta and Google. Shopify helped Mac Duggal more than double its retargeting audience size, cut cost per purchase by 3.6X in retargeting ad sets, and achieve 2X ROAS, while also lowering acquisition costs and improving overall campaign efficiency.
