Leaves of Trees is a Toronto-based maker of natural, small-batch skin care centered on cold-pressed organic Argan oil sourced from a women's cooperative in Morocco. Starting from craft markets and an online store, the founder faced the challenge of scaling production beyond the home studio, building customer trust, and managing growing sales and inventory as demand increased—especially after a media feature drove a sudden spike in orders.
