Shopify consolidated KEEN’s fragmented systems into a single commerce platform, launched expansion stores across multiple regions, and modernized retail with mobile POS and third-party apps. The results were strong: KEEN reduced total cost of ownership by about 80%, cut project timelines from months to about a week, sold 1,000 pairs in five hours at a pop-up, opened a store in under 30 days, and launched in seven new international markets with 15 more planned.
