Ivory & Deene is a luxury homewares retailer in Summerhill, Tasmania that began selling online via auction in 2002. Faced with the time-consuming process of listing single items every day, they pivoted to repeatable products that could be photographed once—starting with satin bed linen—and since 2005 expanded into chandeliers, lighting and other homewares sourced from overseas manufacturers.

To scale, they now sell through eBay, Wayfair, MyDeal and their Shopify site while keeping personal customer communication. Operationally they use Parcel Solutions to import orders into eParcel, a dedicated packing team and Australia Post collections for reliable fulfillment—reducing listing overhead, improving efficiency, and driving stronger, more consistent traffic and sales across multiple channels.
