IDRAW is a small Chicago-based team that set out to solve a simple creative problem: there wasn’t a sketchbook tailored for drawing cars. After designing a prototype and sourcing manufacturers on Alibaba, they faced the challenge of funding production and finding an audience for a niche product.

They launched on Kickstarter—raising over 600% of their goal on the first book and more than 2000% on the second—and have since grown organically through word-of-mouth, social channels and email marketing. They run the store on Shopify with ShipStation for fulfillment, SumAll for insights, BlogFeeder/Tumblr for content and MailChimp/Chimpified for email, and continue to scale by learning fast and iterating.
