Black Claw is a tattoo-supply company founded by veteran artists Seth Ciferri and GRIME after lab tests revealed dangerously high lead levels in many commercial needles. They partnered with agency Blue Like Neon and moved to Shopify Plus, rebuilding the site to reflect the founders’ authenticity and integrate 3PL sync, real-time reviews, and customer-capture tools. Since the relaunch sessions are up 39%, page views up ~70%, bounce rate down 20%, average order value up 13.5%, transactions up 124%, and cart-abandonment recovery rose from 6% to 20%—helping Black Claw scale sales while continuing to push industry safety and sustainability initiatives.
