How Thrive Causemetics grew Shop app orders by 13x in less a year

Thrive Causemetics, an accessible luxury beauty brand, needed a stronger mobile strategy without its own app and wanted to diversify customer acquisition while reaching new audiences. Shopify’s Shop app was identified as a “mini mobile app” solution to help the brand offer a more intuitive customer experience and grow on a mobile-first channel.

With Shopify, Thrive Causemetics customized its Shop presence, added rich media and shoppable videos, and launched Shop Campaigns to drive new customer growth. The result was a consistent stream of new customers, over 15,000 acquired since the beginning of 2023, plus stronger engagement: buyers who viewed shoppable videos spent 23% more, 40% of the customer base uses Shop, and 64% uses Shop Pay.
