Shopify implemented Shop Pay authenticated checkout to automatically recognize logged-in customers and autofill their details, reducing friction at checkout. In a four-week test, Princess Polly saw a 4.1% conversion lift for users with an existing Shop Pay session, a 1.6% increase in store orders in the US, a 1% increase in Australia, and a 7.6% reduction in checkout completion time.
