Odaje, formerly M. Moustache, is a circular footwear brand that was struggling with platform instability, especially during peak shopping periods, which hurt conversions and customer experience. The company also needed to unify customer data across online and physical stores, and turned to Shopify Plus to support a more scalable ecommerce and omnichannel setup.

Shopify implemented a full migration to its platform, along with Shopify POS, international sales tools, Shopify Flow, and CRM/logistics integrations to connect stores, inventory, and customer data. As a result, Odaje eliminated peak-period bugs, improved operational efficiency, and achieved a 6% boost in conversion rates plus a 25% increase in international sales, with the full ecosystem overhaul completed in seven months.
