Fit For Life, the parent of fitness and wellness brands such as Gaiam and SPRI, faced a sudden business challenge after an acquisition and licensing split removed apparel from its portfolio. They migrated to Shopify Plus (also replacing OMS/ERP and moving warehouses) and used tools like Shogun and a visual navigation overhaul plus a new wholesale channel and faster brand launches. The move cut platform costs by over $250K annually, reduced landing-page build time from four months to one day, increased conversion rates by 70%, lifted Yoga revenue 6% and Active Sitting 16%, and grew wholesale sign-ups (SPRI +6% to 47% of ecommerce sales; Gaiam +22% to 18%), enabling the company to backfill lost apparel sales and invest in new initiatives.
